I'm that guy who knows how to decipher an old northern KY "rural route" address, turning it into a post-911 address. I'm that guy who, more times than not, knows whether I'll need to drive the 4-WD truck, or can get by with the car, for the Initial Inspection. I'm also the guy that knows where most of the rural counties' PVA Offices are, and, how to dig the information from a non-computerized "system" once you get there.

In short - I'm the guy that knows how to ensure YOU, the Asset Manager, have a hassle free experience (as much as possible anyway).

As the Principal Broker of our independent brokerage company, I have over 15 years of asset management experience. I lead a tech savvy team of Agents and have sold 100s of distressed assets for local and national financial institutions, asset management companies, credit unions, and hedge funds.

We cover an extended area along the I-75 corridor from the Ohio River at Northern KY, south thru the Lexington-Bluegrass area of north/central Kentucky, including most rural points in between.

We have the tools, time, staff and market experience to provide you with professional results! We have the financial resources to handle large expenses for multiple properties and are up-to-date on the laws, rules and codes that are associated with REO.
